Any order at Dragon Artworks may be shipped for a low flat-rate fee of $8.75. Standard shipping is available in the USA and to all of the countries listed here. In addition to USPS Priority Mail Service in the USA we also offer express shipping to over 25 international destinations at very reasonable prices.

USPS Priority Mail Service Shipping (USA ONLY)
USPS express shipping is only available in the United States of America. To have your order shipped via the USPS Priority Mail Service you may select that option during checkout. USPS Priority Mail Service shipping charges are weight based and clearly displayed during the checkout process allowing you to determine if this option fits your needs and budget.
EMS Express Worldwide Shipping Service
EMS Express is available for our international customers for an additional fee, which is calculated during checkout. EMS Express shipments may be tracked online. After placing an order you will receive an email containing the tracking number and Website address where you may track your shipment.

Dragon Artworks Return Policy
We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on all items purchased from this site. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to contact us and begin the return process. According to the policy outlined below we will provide either a replacement item or a full refund.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged item, shipping the wrong item, etc. In cases where the return is because of an error we made we will refund the shipping charges or pay return shipping costs and the cost of mailing the replacement item.
Returning an Item is Easy
To return an item simply Contact Us to request an invoice containing the required Order Return Number. We will email you a copy of the invoice, which will include the Order Return Number. After receiving your returned item in its original condition we will ship a replacement. If a replacement is not available we will issue a refund (normally within seven days). When your refund is issued or your replacement item is shipped we will send you an email notification.
PLEASE NOTE: You must Contact Us before you return an item or this policy will be considered null and void. Returns received without an invoice containing the order return number may be refused at our sole discretion. To avoid any problems with your return contact us before returning your order.
At our sole discretion returns received without the required Order Return Number will be subject to a processing fee of $10, and a shipping fee equal to the amount it will cost to ship your item to you.
